3D Print Labs is a small 3D printing business run by two 15-year-old students from New Zealand. We started in 2025 with one goal: to make fun, moving 3D printed toys for kids.
We focus only on articulated prints—toys with parts that move, like arms, legs, tails, and more. Everything we make is printed using safe, kid-friendly materials and checked to make sure it moves properly and looks great.
We began this business because we love technology, creativity, and making things that are fun to play with. At 3D Print Labs, we keep it simple: cool toys, printed with care, made to move.
Co-owner of 3D Print Labs, Max has been involved in 3D printing since 2018. He is responsible for the business and operational side of the company, overseeing organization, planning, and day-to-day management. Max has owned and operated a P1S printer at 3D Print Labs since Easter 2025, bringing years of hands-on experience and technical knowledge to the team. Co-owner of 3D Print Labs, Tyler is the original idea behind the company. He leads advertising and promotion, finds and sources print models, and helps shape the creative direction of the business. Tyler began 3D printing at the start of 2025 and has been working on 3D Print Labs for the same amount of time, playing a key role in growing the brand and reaching new customers.
